All purchases are made to order within 10 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
If there are any potential delays due to high volume of orders, or for any other reason, we will notify you as soon as we know.
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at the checkout.
You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup from Upper Hutt. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 10 business days.
We will send you an email when your order is ready along with the pickup address. At this time we will also arrange a pickup time which it suitable for you.
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to become available.
Most orders are delivered within 1-3 business days however, high freight volumes can affect these timeframes and are beyond our control.
We will monitor your order to ensure it is delivered but if you have any concerns or if you haven’t received your order within 4 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Unfortunately our couriers will not deliver to P.O Boxes, please ensure the address provided is a physical address.
If your product arrives damaged from transport, please get in touch with us immediately, ideally with photos, so we can assess the damage and make a replacement.
