All of our products are made to order, so we are unable to provide a refund or exchange if you change your mind. If your product is faulty, please get in touch with us within 7 days of receiving your item. We will then work with you to provide a solution.
If your product arrives damaged from transport, please get in touch with us immediately, ideally with photos, so we can assess the damage and make a replacement.
